When should I book the after-builders clean?
Once all trades have finished — including any final paint touch-ups. If we come in too early, dust from later work will undo the clean.
Do you do one clean or two stages?
Both. A single sparkle clean covers most jobs. Larger sites often need a rough clean (debris and heavy dust) followed by a final sparkle — we'll quote whichever fits.
Do you remove builder's rubbish?
We remove the cleaning waste and minor leftover debris. Skip-level rubbish should be cleared by the contractor before we start.
Are you insured for construction sites?
Yes — fully insured, with PPE and method statements available on request for site sign-on.
